The Service uses artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies to analyze legal documents and provide insights. While we strive for accuracy, the Service may not be error-free, and the Legal Information provided should be verified by qualified legal professionals.

We do not guarantee that the Service will meet your specific requirements, be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We may update, modify, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without prior notice.

5User Obligations and Conduct

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SERVICE OR THE SERVERS THAT MAKE IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

10Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL IORI, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, THAT RESULT FROM THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE.

OUR LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AND IN NO EVENT SHALL EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY.

11Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless iori, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation reasonable attorney's fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

12Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

13Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English and shall take place in Delaware. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new Terms on the Service and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
